Georgette is an advocate for leadership and inclusion within organizations, acting as a contributor and thought leadership to Forbes on issues of leadership, inclusion and businesses; and a frequent global panelist, keynote and public speaker.

She is the recipient of awards such as the Canadian University Productivity Award, Stepping Up Award in recognition of

innovation in the workplace, and the CILAR Aspiring Innovator of the Year Award which recognizes BIPOC who are inspiring innovators from across Canada. Georgette has been named an “Immigrant Woman of Inspiration” by the publication Canadian Immigrant; and has been recognized by the Premier of Ontario and Federal Members of Parliament in Canada for her volunteerism and work in the community.

She is also a member of the Board of Advisors for the Entrepreneurship and Leadership Learning Alliance (ELLA) at York University, Fund Creator at the Creative Hub 1352 and is the Co-Chair of the Inaugural Canadian Chapter of ChIPs Network, a global organization that supports women in intellectual property and technology. Georgette is the Chair of our Coaches Council.
