Position Overview

The Program Coordinator will provide coordination, administrative, and facilitation support for Nobellum’s Innovator Program.

This role involves managing workshops, supporting participants, and ensuring seamless delivery of program activities while helping communicate updates and outcomes through strong materials and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and host masterclass sessions and events for Innovator Program cohorts
  • Serve as a point of contact for program participants
  • Manage registrations, communications, and scheduling for program activities
  • Create presentation decks, reports, and program materials
  • Maintain organized records of program activities, attendance, and participant engagement
  • Support tracking of program outcomes and reporting for stakeholders
  • Work closely with the Programs & Development team to align delivery with program objectives

Requirements

  • Experience in program coordination, training, or project administration
  • Experience coordinating workshops, training, or events
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, or Google Slides
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders

Eligibility

  • Must be between the ages of 18–30
  • Must be a Permanent Resident or Citizen of Canada

Time Commitment

  • Full-time (35 hours/week)
  • Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required based on event timing
