Position Overview
As Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with the Leadership Team and Marketing Lead to drive Nobellum’s visibility and engagement across digital platforms.
You will support content strategy execution, social media management, campaign launches, and digital content operations across Nobellum’s programs, partnerships, and founder success stories.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the monthly content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Create graphics, captions, and visual assets using Canva for campaigns, events, and program promotion
- Schedule and publish content using social media management tools
- Support promotional campaigns for program launches and flagship events
- Create event coverage content including live stories, recap posts, and highlight reels
- Coordinate partner cross-promotion and track deliverables
- Manage the marketing@nobellum.com inbox and route inquiries within 24 hours
- Assist with website content updates, newsletter formatting, and email marketing support
- Organize and maintain the digital asset library
- Attend daily SCRUM meetings and weekly content planning sessions
- Coordinate content review and approval workflows through Asana
- Present ideas that strengthen brand visibility and engagement
Requirements
- Solid Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace experience
- Strong networking experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong drive for proven results
- Excellent collaboration and team-building skills
- Ability to work independently with strong initiative
- College or university diploma, or minimum 3 years professional experience
- Experience in a similar role is considered a strong asset
Eligibility
- Must be between the ages of 18–30
- Must be a Permanent Resident or Citizen of Canada
Time Commitment
- Full-time (35 hours/week)
- Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required based on event timing
