Position Overview

The IT & Digital Experience Support specialist will manage and optimize Nobellum's digital infrastructure, web platforms, and internal tech stack. This role ensures a seamless, highly intuitive digital experience for our internal team, founders, partners, and global ecosystem stakeholders.

You will serve as the backbone of our digital operations, applying UI/UX best practices to our web presence, driving search visibility through Google Ads and SEO, managing platform permissions, and maintaining spotless digital workspaces. You will work closely with Marketing, Programs, and Operations to ensure technical excellence across all Nobellum touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Nobellum/BIZ Squarespace website with current content, partner information, program updates, and event listings — applying UI/UX best practices throughout
• Ensure all links, pages, and embedded forms (Typeform, etc.) are functional and fully operational
• Maintain strict adherence to brand standards (fonts: Now/Poppins; color: Teal #368391)
• Manage and optimize Nobellum's Google Ads Grant account through hands-on campaign management, keyword strategy, and performance monitoring
• Implement on-page SEO best practices and AI Optimization (AIO) strategies to improve discoverability on AI-powered search engines
• Maintain and update the team's tech stack table, tracking all platforms, subscriptions, and access lifecycles
• Serve as primary administrator on all key platforms — managing access, permissions, and integrations
• Support the setup and management of Luma, Zoom Webinars, Asana, BrightHR, Typeform, Canva, Google Photos, and other tools in the stack
• Organize and maintain the team's Asana workspace, Canva folder structure, and Google Photos library
• Utilize AI meeting tools (e.g. Granola) to join all team calls, capture recordings and notes, and distribute documentation to the team
• Create and set up events on Luma and Zoom Webinars, managing registration links and post-event logistics
• Regularly audit the website and digital platforms for broken links, outdated content, and form errors

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Squarespace — content editing, page management, and basic architecture
• Demonstrated experience with Google Ads — managing campaigns, driving traffic, and optimizing for performance (Google Ads Grant experience is a strong asset)
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and Google Search Console
• UI/UX design experience — ability to design and structure digital platforms with strong user experience principles and systems thinking
• High comfort level working across multiple platforms: Luma, Zoom, Asana, Canva, Typeform, WhatsApp, Google Photos, and similar tools
• Supreme attention to detail — especially regarding QA, broken links, form testing, and asset organization
• Organized and proactive — able to maintain a tech stack table, clean up digital workspaces, and keep records current
• Strong written communication for platform updates and internal coordination

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of AI Optimization (AIO) and generative search best practices
• Experience with Elf Insights or similar data platforms
• Familiarity with AI meeting tools such as Granola, Otter.ai, or Fireflies
• Background in nonprofit, accelerator, or community-focused organizations
• Experience with HubSpot or alternative CRM platforms

Time Commitment

• Full-time
• Remote / Hybrid — occasional in-person presence may be required
