Nobellum delivers its commercial export mandate through CEI Global, an international business development program focused on export readiness, market diversification, and facilitating commercial engagement between Canadian enterprises and foreign buyers, partners, and investors. Our activities are designed to increase the commercial exports of Black-owned Canadian STEM enterprises and support Canada's broader trade diversification and foreign investment objectives.
Overview
CEI Canada is Nobellum Enterprise’s national export and trade development platform, operating under CEI Global. It is designed to strengthen the export readiness, international market access, and commercial outcomes of Black‑led and other underrepresented Canadian STEM companies.
Grounded in relationship‑led ecosystem building, CEI Canada supports Canadian enterprises in preparing for global expansion, connecting with international buyers, partners, and investors, and building sustainable export pipelines that contribute to Canada’s trade diversification objectives.
